Corner at Wall Street participates in the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program. To be eligible, households must have an income at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Berrien County and meet the program’s eligibility requirements for individuals or families experiencing homelessness or in need of supportive housing services. Applicants cannot apply directly through the MSHDA portal.
Eligibility must first be determined by Emergency Shelter Services (ESS), who will complete the required screening and submit eligible applications on your behalf. Walk-in screenings are available on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:00 PM. Appointments are required Monday through Friday outside of Wednesday walk-in hours.
